Operational draft: these terms describe the product as built, but they must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where Yunqiao is offered before public launch.
By creating an account or using Yunqiao, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter this agreement and use the service only where doing so is lawful.
You are responsible for your credentials, your subscription link, and the activity in every organization you control. An organization's members share one subscription link; its owner and admins handle purchases and membership. Do not publish or resell the link.
Yunqiao offers the paid Go, Pro, and Max plans, with the traffic and device limits shown before purchase. A purchase is prepaid and does not renew automatically. Buying the same active plan extends its expiry. Changing an active plan carries its remaining value into the new plan at the displayed price ratio. Unused traffic does not roll over, and traffic usage resets when a plan period is purchased.
Yearly plans cost ten monthly payments. Access continues for a three-day technical grace period after the displayed expiry, but the displayed expiry remains the renewal date. Traffic top-ups expire with the current plan period. Premium lines consume traffic at the multiplier shown in the line name.
Every organization receives a subscription link when it is created. Until a paid plan is bought, the link is expired and carries no traffic.
Do not use Yunqiao to break the law, attack systems, distribute malware or unsolicited messages, infringe others' rights, evade service limits, resell access, or interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend the access needed to stop abuse or protect the service.
Lines may change as providers, network conditions, and operations change. Yunqiao does not promise a particular line, latency, destination, or uninterrupted availability. Material plan changes apply to future purchases and are shown before payment.
Payments are not recurring. Contact support promptly if an order was duplicated, provisioned incorrectly, or the service could not be delivered. Refunds are reviewed manually, returned through the original payment method when practical, and may shorten the corresponding access period.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yunqiao is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by third-party networks, client software, or unlawful use. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
