Operational draft: this policy describes the product as built, but it must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where Yunqiao is offered before public launch.
This policy explains how Yunqiao collects and uses information when you use yunqiao.app, the Dashboard, and the line service.
Account and organization data: display name, email address, password credential records, organization membership and role, account verification and recovery records, and session information.
Service data: the plan attached to an organization, its expiry, aggregate traffic usage, device-limit records, the subscription identifier, and operational events such as traffic exhaustion or expiry. We do not need the contents of your network traffic to calculate an aggregate traffic allowance.
Security and reliability data: IP address, user agent, request time, authentication attempts, and limited service logs used to prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep lines available.
Order data: once checkout opens, Yunqiao will retain the order, amount, currency, payment method, provider reference, and payment state. Card details stay with the card processor; Yunqiao does not store full card numbers. A crypto gateway may process the wallet and on-chain information needed for a USDT payment.
We use this information to authenticate users, operate organizations, apply traffic and device limits, provision and support line access, process orders, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Yunqiao uses providers for application hosting, database hosting, transactional email, and line management, and, once checkout opens, card and crypto payment processing. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
We keep account, organization, and service records while they are needed to operate the service. Some order and security records may be kept longer for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations. You may request account deletion; records that must be kept are separated from active service access where practical.
You can update your display name and organization details in the Dashboard, revoke sessions, and stop using the service. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion that is not available in the Dashboard.
